About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join PT ORRO HOME INDONESIA as a Sales Support. In this full-time role based in West Jakarta, Jakarta, you will play a crucial part in supporting the Sales team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
What you'll be doing
Providing administrative support to the Sales team, including processing orders, managing customer information, and maintaining accurate sales records
Collecting, processing, and analyzing daily/weekly/monthly sales data.
Preparing reports using advanced Excel functions and Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards.
Supporting the sales team in preparing documents, contracts, and presentations.
Assisting with basic design tasks for promotional materials and product catalogs.
Involved in mid-to-high-end trade exhibitions and partnerships with premium chain supermarkets / modern retail.
Willing to work occasional overtime as required.
What we're looking for
Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers and colleagues effectively
Minimum education D3/S1.
Proficient in advanced Excel (Pivot, Vlookup, Hlookup, IF, BI dashboard, etc.).
Possess a valid Indonesian Driving License (SIM A/C).
Fluent in English, proven with certification/qualification.
Basic graphic design skills; Photoshop / Illustrator, Canva, and CapCut proficiency preferred.
Experience in mid-to-high-end trade shows or with premium modern supermarkets is an advantage.
Willing to work overtime and maintain a strong work ethic.
