About the role
As a Business Development Supervisor at PT ORRO HOME INDONESIA', you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth and expansion initiatives. In this full-time position based in West Jakarta Jakarta, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities that align with the company's strategic objectives.
What you'll be doing
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand the company's customer base
Responsible for BD development and partnership negotiations with premium retail channels (e.g., shopping malls, supermarket chains).
Independently explore new markets, acquire clients, and drive cooperation implementation.
Develop and maintain key B2B clients to expand channel coverage and sales performance.
Build and sustain long-term relationships with malls or retail chains.
Collect and analyze market/competitor information to provide channel strategy insights.
Coordinate internal resources to ensure timely support for client needs.
What we're looking for
Proven experience in a business development or sales role, preferably in the New Business Development industry
Minimum D3/S1 degree, major in Marketing or related field preferred.
At least 3 years of B2B sales or BD channel development experience, preferably in premium supermarkets or malls.
Proven track record in securing partnerships with shopping malls or retail chains is an advantage.
Candidates with experience or networks in Ranch Market, Gramedia, or other premium retail chains are highly preferred.
Familiar with Jakarta and surrounding premium markets, with existing retail connections is a plus.
Driving license and strong English communication skills required.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills, able to perform under pressure and achieve KPIs independently.
Result-oriented, self-motivated, with strong execution capabilities.
