Responsibilities :
Develop and implement medium- and long-term talent management strategies aligned with business and digital transformation needs.
Design and optimize organizational structures in alignment with new technologies, agile methodologies, and evolving business models.
Lead organization development initiatives such as digital transformation, agile implementation, and operating model redesign.
Conduct organizational diagnostics and provide actionable recommendations to enhance structural efficiency and workforce capability.
Develop and update corporate competency frameworks, including technical, leadership, and digital competencies.
Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to define workforce needs, future capability requirements, and strategic hiring priorities, particularly for digital and technical roles.
Contribute to the development of selection tools and criteria aligned with the company's competency framework
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master's degree is preferred.
Minumum 6-10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, particularly in Talent Management and Organization Development, ideally within the telecommunications, technology, or digital industry.
Proven experience with agile organization models, digital talent development programs, and organizational effectiveness tools.
Proficient in assessment and development tools such as nine Box Matrix, Talent Mapping, Organizational Health Index, and Competency Modeling.
Demonstrated experience in leading or supporting hiring strategies for technical and leadership roles in the telecommunications or digital sector.
Strong ability to assess talent not only based on job fit but also on cultural alignment and future potential.
Excellent strategic thinking, communication, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills.
