Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement plans to provide administrative support to the merchandising team such as creating price offers (PQ & PI) , preparing SGA (sales good approval) according to received orders and requesting sample production from the relevant division

• Calculate material needs (BOM) before orders are processed by the production team

• Maintain records of products orders and customer information

• Assist in tracking inventory and ordering materials as needed

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information

• Arrange and order trucking for deliveries according to the delivery dates and inform customers

• Check the delivery notes and packing lists to ensure they match the received Pos

• Prepare daily reports on sample forecasts, orders , incoming orders, and PO shipments

• Handle billing or payments to customers

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree from any reputable University

• Has 5 years of experience in a relevant field, particularly in Furniture & Garment

• Skilled in using computer and office applications such as MS Office, SAP

• Has a good communication in English both verbal and written

• Possesses good abilities is meticulous, detail-oriented and can work with collaboratively with a team

• Sharp analytical skills and attention to details

• Able to work under pressure and willing to take on new challenges
