About the role

PT Good Wood Interior is seeking a Costing staff to join our team in Jepara Regency, Central Java. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for performing cost accounting tasks to support the company's production and financial operations.

What you'll be doing

• Collecting, analysing, and reporting on production costs, including materials, labour, and overheads
• Preparing cost estimates for new projects and products
• Analysing cost variances and identifying opportunities for cost savings
• Assisting with the preparation of financial statements and management reports
• Collaborating with production, purchasing, and finance teams to ensure accurate cost data
• Maintaining cost accounting records and documentation

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a cost accounting or finance role, preferably in the manufacturing industry
• Proficiency in using cost accounting software and spreadsheet applications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of cost accounting principles and practices
