Position: Sales Manager
About the role
As a Sales Manager at PT Cahaya Jakarta, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's sales strategy and achieving ambitious revenue targets. Based in Cikarang Pusat, West Java, this full-time position will see you lead a team of sales professionals, developing and implementing effective sales plans to expand the company's customer base and market share. Your strategic leadership and excellent people management skills will be critical to your success in this role.
What you'll be doing
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals
Recruit, train, motivate and manage a high-performing sales team
Analyze market trends, customer needs and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement
Foster strong relationships with key clients and prospects
Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date with market developments
What we're looking for
