Key Responsibilities :
Lead and manage daily store operations effectively
Responsible for achieving daily and monthly sales targets
Process customer payments via cash, card, QRIS, or other available methods
Operate and ensure accuracy of transactions using the APOS system
Prepare and submit daily sales reports to the marketing HQ team
Manage product stock availability and sales equipment readiness
Ensure all products are prepared and served according to recipe and portion standards
Maintain cleanliness of the store, cashier area, and supporting facilities
Deliver excellent customer service and foster a positive work environment
Coordinate with SPG team on scheduling and sales target achievement
Conduct regular inspections and ensure store equipment is well-maintained
Qualifications :
Minimum 2 years of experience as a store leader/supervisor (preferably in F&B or retail)
Proven experience in leading a team of at least 2 people
Strong leadership skills and responsible for achieving sales targets
Experienced in stock handling and preparing sales reports
Communicative, polite, disciplined, and target-oriented
Detail-oriented, honest, and accountable for cash handling
Familiar with APOS systems, QRIS, and EDC
Able to collaborate and coordinate with SPG team and HQ
Willing to work on-site in East Jakarta area
Willing to work in shifts, on weekends, and public holidays
Owning a personal vehicle and driving license (SIM) is a plus
