Job PurposeLead the Research & Development team in designing, developing, and improving food products that are innovative, market-relevant, and aligned with the company's quality standards.

• Develop short- and long-term R&D strategies in line with company objectives.

• Lead the end-to-end product development process: from concept, formulation, pilot trials, to commercialization.

• Drive innovation for existing products to improve quality, cost efficiency, and competitiveness.

• Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and food technology developments to identify new opportunities.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Production, Quality Assurance, Export, and B2B Sales teams to ensure products meet regulations, customer requirements, quality, and timelines.

• Manage and coach the R&D team, building capabilities and fostering innovation.

• Prepare and present R&D progress reports and project updates to management.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related fields.

• Minimum 7 years of experience in R&D, with at least 3 years in a managerial role (FMCG background preferred).

• Strong knowledge of product formulation, food processing, and local food regulations.

• Proven track record in managing end-to-end product development projects.

• Experience in supporting export markets or B2B customers is a plus.

• Ability to translate consumer and market trends into innovative food products.

• Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and communication skills.

• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
