About the role
We are seeking a talented Sales Executive to join our PPJK, EMKL and Freight Forwarding team at PT. Karya Mitra Sarana Samudra, based in East Java. This full-time position will see you playing a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our freight forwarding business through effective sales and client relationship management.
What you'll be doing
Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within your designated territory
Develop and maintain strong relationships with both existing and new clients to secure repeat business
Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on our comprehensive freight forwarding services
Prepare detailed and compelling sales proposals to win new business
Collaborate cross-functionally with our operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Contribute to the development of our sales and marketing strategies
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
What we're looking for
Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the PPJK, EMKL and freight forwarding or logistics industry
Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong client relationships
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with freight forwarding processes and documentation
Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia
Degree in a relevant field such as logistics, transportation or business
