We're looking for a target-driven and experienced B2B Sales professional to join our team and help grow our Automotive Spare Parts business. If you have a passion for sales, experience in the automotive industry, and enjoy building strong customer relationships — we'd love to meet you!
What you will do :
Plan and execute effective sales strategies for automotive spare parts in the B2B segment
Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently
Identify and acquire new B2B customers (e.g. fleet operators, workshops, distributors)
Deliver persuasive product presentations and negotiate deals with key decision-makers
Record and report daily sales activities and customer updates
Process purchase orders from customers in a timely and accurate manner
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless sales operations and customer satisfaction
Provide after-sales support, including customer visits, product education, and consultation
Ensure all B2B sales activities comply with company policies and procedures
Who you are :
Bachelor's degree in any field
Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales in the automotive spare parts industry
Deep knowledge in fleet industry, mining/plantation, logistics, and similar market
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills
Comfortable interacting with managerial-level clients and decision-makers
Intermediate English proficiency - able to communicate in meetings and write basic reports or presentations in English
Team player with a strong sense of responsibility and initiative
Can join immediately is preferred
