Humana International is proud to support a well-established Japanese company searching for a dedicated Customer Support Staff (EXIM) and Sales Project to join their dynamic team.
Job Role:
Customer Support (Exim): In this role, the responsibility includes ensuring smooth export-import processes by managing all necessary documentation and compliance, effectively communicating with both local and international customers, handling order management and invoicing with accuracy, and coordinating closely with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery. Additionally, the role requires maintaining strong, professional relationships with clients and internal departments to support seamless operations and customer satisfaction
Sales Project: In this role, responsibilities include handling both direct and project-based sales activities, preparing daily and weekly sales reports for the Japanese manager, and creating annual sales budgets aligned with company targets. The role also involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers, resolving complaints related to delivery, pricing, or product specifications, monitoring project timelines and delivery schedules, as well as creating quotations and gathering pricing information from suppliers to support accurate and competitive proposals
Requirements:
1+ year experience in Sales/Admin/Customer support, preferably in a logistic, manufacturing or trading company
Good understanding of EXIM activity
Good English communication skills
Organized, proactive, and able to multitask
