We are a growing company in Freight Forwarder seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our Korean manager in day-to-day operations and communication. If you are fluent in Korean and enjoy working in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment, we invite you to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:Act as a liaison and translator (Korean-Indonesian-English) for internal and external communications.
Manage daily schedules, meetings, travel arrangements, and other administrative tasks.
Assist with document preparation, reports, and follow-ups.
Support the manager in coordinating with local staff and business partners.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Provide cultural and language support as needed.
Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably in Korean Language, Business, or Communication).
Fluent in Korean (spoken and written) - TOPIK Level 4 or above is a plus.
Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to multitask.
Previous experience as a personal assistant or translator is an advantage.
