Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail oriented and organized Sales Admin to support the daily administrative operations of our Sales Department. The Sales Admin plays a key role in coordinating bookings, handling customer documentation, preparing sales reports, and ensuring smooth communication between sales, reservations, and operations teams for our Batam - Singapore ferry route.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Sales team in processing group and corporate bookings, quotation requests, and reservations.
Prepare and issue invoices, receipts, and sales confirmation documents.
Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer databases, and agent contracts.
Coordinate with the reservations and operations teams to ensure all bookings are properly executed.
Track sales performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for internal review.
Assist in monitoring agent sales activities and commission calculations.
Follow up on payment status and outstanding balances with agents or group customers.
Help organize and support promotional events, customer visits, and campaigns.
Respond to customer or agent inquiries via email, phone, or WhatsApp professionally and efficiently.
Manage stock and distribution of marketing materials and ticketing documents.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Administration, Business, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in administrative or sales support roles (experience in tourism, hospitality, or transportation is a plus).
Good computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word)
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to communicate effectively in Bahasa Indonesia and English is an advantage.
Customer-oriented mindset and able to work well under pressure.
