Position: Risk Management Head - Ciptadana Sekuritas Asia (RMH-CSA)

Job Descriptions:

• Oversee all aspects of risk and ensure the company's stability and resilience by establishing and maintaining a comprehensive risk management framework that identifies, measures, monitors, and controls various risks across the entire organization.
• Conduct risk assessments on all underwriting, and arranger activities of the company
• Conducting reviews and risk assessments of the issuer's due diligence carried out by the underwriting function
• Conduct an underwriting and arranger risk assessment of the issuer's, including risk assessment of the issuer shareholder.
• Recommend handling of underwriting risks
• Conduct a risk assessment of prospective bond issuers, placement without public offering or other underwriting activities
• Ensure regulatory compliance and support internal and external audits which includes documenting the Risk Management Report & recommendation for all underwriting activities.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor's or Master degree in Finance, Economics, Risk Management or a related field.
• Possess valid and active brokerage license according to Financial Services Authority (OJK) regulations (WPPE or WPEE)
• Possess a valid and active risk management certification (CRM)
• Familiarity with risk management frameworks (e.g., ISO 31000, COSO ERM)
• 7+ years of experience in risk management within the financial services industry
• Ability to interpret and analyze complex financial data which includes strong skills in quantitative analysis, financial modeling, and the use of risk management software
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to explain complex risk information clearly
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
