We are currently looking for a Regional Beauty Training Assistant Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in our continued success.

Role Overview: As a Regional Beauty Trainer, you will be pivotal in enhancing the skills and knowledge of our Beauty Advisors, ensuring they deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales performance. This role involves creating and delivering training programs, providing on-the-ground coaching, and continuously assessing training needs.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and Adapt Training Materials: Create and customize training materials that align with company SOPs and address training needs based on thorough analysis.

• Deliver Training Programs: Conduct induction and specialized training sessions to nurture and develop the brand's Beauty Advisors, ensuring they are well-equipped to represent our products effectively.

• Motivate and Coach Beauty Advisors: Inspire and coach Beauty Advisors to enhance their skills through effective training techniques, boosting their confidence and sales capabilities.

• Conduct Coaching Sessions: Lead on-site coaching sessions at points of sale (POS) to ensure

• Beauty Advisors have up-to-date product knowledge, effective sales pitches, and adhere to the brand's Art of Selling methodologies.

• Field Engagement: Actively engage in the field to observe customer purchase behavior, interact with Beauty Advisors and customers, and gain insights to refine training and sales strategies.

• Supervise Field Trainers: Oversee field trainers, providing guidance and suggesting best practices for training adaptation materials to ensure consistency and effectiveness.

• Identify Training Needs: Continuously assess and identify future training needs, providing feedback to management to ensure our training programs remain relevant and effective.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years as Trainer in Beauty/ Personal Care industry.

• Demonstrated experience in training, particularly focused on enhancing sales capabilities and performance.

• Proficiency in English at a business level.

• Excellent presentation skills with strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and influence at all levels driven, energetic, and adaptable, with a team-spirited approach.

• Office Policy Adherence: Ability to adhere to the Work From Office (WFO) policy
