We are an exciting new steakhouse restaurant preparing for our grand opening in Pererenan, and we're looking for talented individuals to join our team. We are currently hiring for the Floor supervisor/Assistant manager position, which will play a key role in building a positive work culture and supporting our restaurant operations.

📌 Position: Floor supervisor/Assistant Manager

📍 Location: Pererenan

🕒 Employment Type: Full-time

📅 Start Date: Immediate

• Supervise daily floor operations to ensure smooth service flow.

• Maintain service quality, cleanliness, and food/beverage standards according to SOP.

• Provide direction, guidance, and motivation to the floor staff, waiters/waitresses, and service team.

• Handle guest complaints and special requests in a professional manner.

• Assist in staff scheduling, task assignments, and attendance monitoring.

• Conduct daily briefings with the team before service begins.

• Coordinate with the kitchen, bar, and management to ensure seamless operations.

• Support the training of new staff and continuous development of the team.

• Monitor inventory of service-related items (dining equipment, linen, cutlery, etc.).

• Prepare and submit daily operational reports to the manager.

• Act as the manager's delegate during their absence.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the F&B industry (restaurant, hotel, or similar), with prior experience as a Supervisor/Leader preferred.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Customer service oriented with high attention to detail.

• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

• Well-groomed, energetic, and professional appearance.

• Fluet in English
