The Role
PT Sinergi Pratama Sukses is seeking a talented Cost Risk Management (CRM) Staff to join our team in South Jakarta, Jakarta. As the CRM Staff, you will play a vital role in managing financial risks and ensuring the company's compliance with industry regulations within the Banking & Financial Services sector.
Key roles and responsibilities:
Cost Controller: Manages the project budget, tracks actual expenditures against forecasts, and identifies and analyzes cost variances. This role involves producing regular cost reports and ensuring all project expenditures are recorded and approved.
Cost Estimator: Develops and maintains the initial cost estimate and budget for the project. During the project, they create cost breakdowns, assess the financial impact of scope changes, and provide cost data for forecasting.
Quantity Surveyor/Contracts Specialist: Reviews and monitors vendor and subcontractor agreements. This person helps validate invoices, manages change orders, and ensures that all contract terms and conditions related to cost are met.
Senior Cost Controller/Manager: Oversees the entire cost control function for the project. This manager develops and refines cost control procedures, presents financial reports to project management and stakeholders, and provides strategic financial analysis.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in a risk management or compliance role within the Banking & Financial Services industry
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate financial risks
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information to stakeholders
Proficient in the use of financial analysis tools and risk management software
Thorough understanding of relevant regulations and industry best practices
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
