Lead and coordinate with the team in the area, as well as create and develop sales strategies to maximize target achievement
Direct, manage, and supervise distributor teams to effectively execute plans and drive sales growth
Ensure market and distributor performance aligns with established SOPs and continuously monitor the results
Conduct market area analysis to identify obstacles and develop implementable solutions
Coordinate and maintain good communication with distributors and branch accounts
Analyze market trends and assess the potential of each area to optimize performance
Job Requirement
Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in any major, preferably in Management, Business, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in Modern Trade sales and distribution in the FMCG industry.
Proven experience in leading a team and managing distributors in a specific area.
Strong understanding of sales and distribution strategies, including territory development and market penetration.
Capable of preparing and analyzing sales performance reports and distributor KPIs.
Results-driven and able to develop effective work plans to achieve targets.
Able to analyze market trends and area potential to support strategic decision-making.
Capable of identifying market challenges and providing practical, implementable solutions.
Excellent communication skills in building strong working relationships with distributors, internal teams, and other stakeholders.
Leadership with a collaborative and motivating approach to team management.
Proficient in Chinese is an advantage.
Willing to travel frequently to assigned areas.
