About the role
We are seeking an exceptional Receptionist to join our team on a contract basis, providing maternity cover at our office in Jakarta. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in creating a warm and professional impression for all our visitors and clients. What you'll be doing
Greeting and welcoming all visitors to the office with exceptional customer service
Answering and directing incoming phone calls in a polite and efficient manner
Providing administrative support, such as managing the front desk, handling correspondence, and assisting with various projects as needed
Maintaining a professional and organized reception area
Representing the company with a positive, can-do attitude at all times
What we're looking for
Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse range of people
Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities, with attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Office suite and familiarity with office equipment
A friendly, professional and proactive approach to work
Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
