Position: Receptionist.
Work Location: Alam Sutera, Tangerang.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Management, Communication, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Officer, Administrative Staff, General Affairs Staff, or a related role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests, clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage front desk operations, visitor handling, meeting coordination, and office administrative activities efficiently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace, with strong administrative and documentation skills.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities with excellent attention to detail.
- Willing to work onsite in Alam Sutera, Tangerang.
Job Responsibilities:
- Front Desk & Visitor Management: Welcome and assist guests, clients, and visitors while ensuring a professional and positive first impression of the company. Manage visitor registration, access control, badge issuance, and reception area presentation.
- Communication Management: Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries by providing accurate information, directing communications to the appropriate departments, and ensuring timely message delivery.
- Mail & Document Administration: Receive, sort, distribute, and track incoming and outgoing mail, documents, parcels, and courier services while maintaining proper records and documentation.
- Meeting Room & Schedule Coordination: Manage meeting room bookings, coordinate visitor appointments, and ensure meeting facilities are properly prepared to support efficient business operations.
- Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day administrative assistance, including document management, filing, data entry, report preparation, and coordination of office administrative activities to support smooth organizational operations.
- General Affairs Support: Assist in managing office supplies, employee administrative requests, company assets, and facility-related needs while coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders as required.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure visitors comply with company security, safety, and operational procedures, monitor access protocols, and promptly escalate any security concerns or irregular activities.
- Corporate Representation & Service Excellence: Maintain a professional appearance and uphold high service standards while representing the company positively in all interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
