Responsibilities

• Receive guests and maintain a positive relationship with them.
• Answer phone calls and provide general information.
• Assist with scheduling and ensure that services meet the highest standards.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure that all conference and reception events run smoothly.
• Troubleshoot problems efficiently and maintain clear communication with guests to ensure their satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum education of SMA/SMK.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service, hotel reception or restaurant reception.
• Skills required: customer service, reception consulting, problem solving, scheduling, customer engagement, Microsoft Office, conference reception, hotel reception and restaurant reception.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn and grow with the team.
