About the role

We are seeking an experienced Purchasing & Finance professional to join the dynamic team at Wholesome Healthy Catering. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the procurement and financial operations of our growing catering business located in West Jakarta, Jakarta. This is a critical position that will play a key role in supporting the company's strategic objectives and ensuring the smooth running of our operations.

What you'll be doing

Manage all purchasing activities, including sourcing, negotiating, and securing the best deals on high-quality ingredients and supplies

Oversee inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels and minimise waste

Process invoices and payments, and ensure financial records are accurate and up-to-date

Prepare detailed financial reports and perform cost analyses to support business decision-making

Collaborate with the culinary and operations teams to align purchasing with production needs

Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings across the supply chain

Ensure compliance with all relevant procurement and financial regulations

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience in a purchasing or finance role, preferably within the food service or hospitality industry

Strong analytical and financial management skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights

Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills to secure the best deals and maintain positive relationships

Proficient in using accounting software and inventory management systems

A keen eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset to identify and address issues proactively

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Familiarity with Indonesian procurement and financial regulations
