Responsibilities
Develop and implement annual brand strategies and marketing plans in line with company objectives.
Manage brand positioning, identity, and guidelines across all consumer touchpoints.
Design and execute consumer promotions in both Modern Trade (supermarkets & drugstores) and Traditional Trade (general trade/retailers) to maximize sales and brand visibility.
Work closely with Key Account (Sales MT) and Sales GT teams to ensure strong execution of consumer promotions and trade programs.
Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, threats, and consumer insights.
Plan, execute, and evaluate integrated marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, and digital).
Monitor brand performance, including sales, market share, and consumer engagement, and provide actionable insights.
Manage relationships with external agencies (creative/media/PR/activation) to deliver impactful campaigns.
Control brand marketing budget and ensure effective ROI.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all brand communications.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in brand management, trade marketing, or related roles (FMCG/healthcare/consumer goods background preferred).
Strong understanding of Modern Trade and Traditional Trade dynamics, including consumer promotion strategies.
Excellent project management, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable brand and trade strategies.
Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms is an advantage.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
