LanceSoft, Inc. melalui program rekrutmennya saat ini sedang membuka lowongan kerja untuk posisi Project Manager di Jakarta yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja operasional di dalam maupun luar kantor LanceSoft, Inc.. Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary IT point of contact for one or more business units, ensuring effective communication and collaboration between business and technology teams.
• Understand business goals, challenges, and requirements, and proactively recommend IT solutions to support business objectives.
• Lead and manage IT projects and change requests throughout the full project lifecycle, from initiation, planning, execution, testing, deployment, to go-live.
• Coordinate with internal IT teams, business users, and external vendors to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
• Facilitate requirement gathering sessions and prepare comprehensive business and project documentation.
• Manage and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), track issues, and ensure proper resolution before implementation.
• Monitor project timelines, risks, dependencies, and issues, providing regular progress updates to business leaders and management.
• Ensure all project documentation, change management processes, and deliverables comply with internal banking standards and governance.
• Support continuous improvements in project delivery processes and strengthen collaboration between business and IT stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in IT-related roles, combining responsibilities in IT Project Management, Business Analysis, and business-to-IT liaison functions.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry.
• Proven experience managing IT projects, system enhancements, or change requests from initiation to go-live.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), project delivery methodologies, and change management processes.
• Experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, documentation, UAT coordination, and issue management.
• Project Management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum are considered a strong advantage.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
