PT Donggi-Senoro LNG melalui program rekrutmennya saat ini sedang membuka lowongan kerja untuk posisi Mechanical Technician di Luwuk yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja operasional di dalam maupun luar kantor PT Donggi-Senoro LNG. Perusahaan Tersebut sedang mencari calon tenaga kerja yang siap diterjunkan ke setiap divisi bagian perusahaan yang sesuai dengan posisi, kemampuan dan keahlian para pencari kerja tersebut. Berikut ini adalah detail lengkap persyaratan untuk posisi Mechanical Technician di Luwuk Perusahaan PT Donggi-Senoro LNG:

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Safely execute installation, maintenance, shutdown maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment both rotating and static in hazardous and high explosive environment.
• Prepare and review the Shutdown Job pack and Routine Job in related with material needs, manpower usage and time frame and also execution in coordination with supervisor and maintenance planer.
• Analyze and identify hazard in maintenance job execution and determine mitigation of the hazard to establish Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) that attached in Permit To Work ( PTW)
• Analyze the root cause of malfunction or failure of mechanical rotating and static equipment and perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure the reliability of the equipment.
• Prepare and Conduct critical function testing, repair, and maintenance of Safety Critical Equipment (SCE) following all procedures and applicable work instructions.
• Conduct routine inspections including visual checks & mechanical equipment monitoring and properly record the data into maintenance system to maintain updated and accurate equipment’s status and reliability data in the maintenance system.
• Input necessary information, such as work execution report, supporting document, manpower utilization, material consumed, to CMMS according to maintenance work flow.
• Recommend and provide input for mechanical material requisition Pick Ticket from stock including necessary tools, equipment and supplies.
• Propose new spare part stock which is not captured in 2 years’ capital stock and review part association to equipment and review min/max stock accordingly to increase part optimization in mechanical section.
• Define and execute Flange Management procedure to ensure the integrity of all joints on the plant. Completes flange torque/tension certificates for every disturbed flange.
• Communicate mechanical equipment status, equipment availability and reliability issues with other personnel and shift personnel to generate high quality report and accurate information
• Immediate respond to process upsets, and emergency situation, including firefighting, equipment isolation de-pressuring, and evacuation to provide caution in emergency situation
• Recommend/proposed and adhere site Management of Change process when materials or spare parts are not like-for-like, or when modifications are required.
• Develop and review procedure and work instruction related with mechanical equipment maintenance to ensure the maintenance job effectively executed and meet with standard

Job Qualifications

• Diploma degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, both rotating and static in oil and gas or petrochemical industry
• BNSP / LSP Migas for Mechanical Technician

Working Schedule & Point of Assignment:

• Rotation Schedule 28:28 or 21:21 days (on-duty : off-duty). Flight and accommodation provided
• Located at the Luwuk Site, Central Sulawesi
