Job Title: Production Supervisor

Location: Bintan, Indonesia

Direct Manager: Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare daily production schedules based on shift plans and workforce availability
• Allocate manpower and resources to meet production targets and output requirements
• Supervise daily operations within the production department
• Ensure all maintenance activities and procedures are properly executed
• Train new operators according to established work standards
• Identify and implement improvements in work methods and processes

Key Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience in manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of production processes, methods, and procedures
• Good understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles such as flow improvement, setup reduction, cycle time reduction, and built-in quality processes
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good communication skills in Indonesian and English
• Ability to read operating instructions and comply with safety regulations
• Basic computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
• Willing to work in a dynamic environment with a continuous improvement mindset
