PERSOL APAC melalui program rekrutmennya saat ini sedang membuka lowongan kerja untuk posisi Production Manager di Surabaya yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja operasional di dalam maupun luar kantor PERSOL APAC. Perusahaan Tersebut sedang mencari calon tenaga kerja yang siap diterjunkan ke setiap divisi bagian perusahaan yang sesuai dengan posisi, kemampuan dan keahlian para pencari kerja tersebut. Berikut ini adalah detail lengkap persyaratan untuk posisi Production Manager di Surabaya Perusahaan PERSOL APAC:

PERSOL INDONESIA currently assisting one of our multinational clients in Rigid Packaging Manufacturer as an Production Manager with a placement in Surabaya, East Java.

RESPONSIBILITY:

• Control and monitor daily performance in Injection, Decoration, Assembly, UV Coating & Spray processes, including backlog management.
• Manage headcount and overtime usage to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure proper set-up activities, product standards, and quality control programs to deliver products on time, in correct quantity, and with high quality.
• Drive initiatives for scrap reduction, REE improvement, energy efficiency, and other continuous improvement programs.
• Collaborate proactively with Supply Chain to meet lead time requirements and delivery commitments.
• Lead quality problem-solving with cross-functional teams (IBB and EBB).
• Promote EHS culture, address health and safety concerns, and implement improvement opportunities.
• Coach, mentor, and motivate the team to achieve department and company goals.
• Review team performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14000, ISO 18000, and company directives.
• Prepare, analyze, and present reports with solutions and continuous improvement ideas.
• Support the Manufacturing Manager and collaborate with related departments to achieve production targets.

JOB QUALIFICATION:

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or related field).
• At least 7+ years of experience as a Production Supervisor in a manufacturing environment, preferably in Injection processes.
• Strong knowledge of quality control, EHS standards, and ISO compliance.
• Experience handling large team scales and managing cross-regional coordination.
• Leadership and team management.
• Problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Fluent in English is mandatory (spoken and written).
• red:Experience in scrap reduction programs, energy efficiency, and lean manufacturing initiatives.
• Familiarity with reporting tools and data analysis.
• Willing to be based in Surabaya, East Java
