• Responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and management of the soft ice project, ensuring timely delivery with high quality.

• Develop product development strategies, market promotions, sales strategies, and annual targets, and oversee their execution.

• Coordinate resources across departments such as R&D, production, supply chain, marketing, sales, and others to ensure smooth project implementation.

• Manage the entire product life cycle, from project planning, testing, and launch to later-stage optimization.

• Analyze market dynamics and consumer trends to propose competitive product positioning and differentiation strategies.

• Build and maintain partnerships with suppliers and distribution partners to drive business expansion.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), identify risks, and adjust strategies in a timely manner.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably in Food Technology, Management, or other related fields.

• Minimum of 3 years of work experience in the food manufacturing industry, preferably with a background in new product development or product management.

• Strong understanding of production processes, market operations, and distribution channel development for soft ice or frozen food products.

• Strong coordination skills with cross-functional teams and the ability to drive project progress independently.

• Good market analysis skills and business acumen.

• Strong communication, team management, and execution skills.

• Able to adapt in a fast-paced work environment, work under pressure, and demonstrate a high sense of responsibility.
