About the role

Midea Electronics Indonesia, a leading electronics company, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Manager to join our team, As the Product Manager Electronics (Kitchen), you will play a crucial role in driving the strategic development and growth of our kitchen electronics product line. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to contribute to the success of our company in the dynamic Indonesian market.

What you'll be doing

1. Develop and implement comprehensive product strategies to enhance the competitiveness and market performance of our kitchen electronics portfolio

2. Conduct in-depth market research to identify consumer trends, competitor analysis, and new product opportunities

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, marketing, and sales, to ensure the successful launch and ongoing optimization of new kitchen electronics products

4. Manage the product lifecycle, from concept to commercialisation, ensuring products meet or exceed customer expectations

5. Monitor and analyse product performance, identify areas for improvement, and recommend data-driven decisions to drive growth

What we're looking for

1. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as marketing, engineering, or product management

2. Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the electronics or consumer appliances industry

3. Proven track record of successfully launching and managing kitchen electronics or similar consumer products

4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret market data and trends
