Tasks & responsibilities:

• Develop, release and maintain process control plans, routings for OCTG products.

• Ensure manufacturing processes comply with API 5CT, API 5B, API 7-2 and proprietary specification and or customer specifications.

• Support production with technical guidance.

• Skilled at managing relation and communication in collaboration across departments in the implementation of new processes and product changes.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets effectively.

• Well understanding of OCTG, materials, and relevant industry standards and practices.

• Execute risk assessments to identify potential obstacles and develop mitigation strategies.

• Lead and collaborate the cross functional teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.

• Maintain current knowledge of industry trends and best practices in OCTG and project planning.

• Commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards across all planning process

Qualifications & Experiences

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university in Mechanical Engineering

• Minimum 3 years of experience in process planning or manufacturing engineering (preferably in the OCTG or oil and gas sector)

• Solid knowledge of OCTG operations (Threading pipes and coupling, surface treatment and inspection)

• Proficiency in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Strong communication, analytical and documentation skills.

• Experienced with API Q1 / ISO 9001:2015 systems, Six sigma or Lean certification
