About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer to join our dynamic team at PT Dynacast Indonesia in Batam, Riau Islands. As a Process Engineer, you will play a crucial role in optimising and improving our manufacturing processes to ensure consistent, high-quality production. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the success of our company and advance your career in the industrial engineering field.

What you'll be doing

1. Analyse and improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and product quality

2. Develop and implement process control strategies, including the use of statistical process control techniques

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve production-related problems

4. Conduct root cause analysis and propose corrective actions to address manufacturing issues

5. Provide technical support and training to production personnel to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures

6. Continuously monitor and optimize process parameters to maintain product quality and efficiency

What we're looking for

1. Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering and mechanical engineering

2. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Process Engineer or in a similar role within the manufacturing industry

3. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, continuous improvement methodologies QC tools, waste management, lean manufacturing.

4. Proficiency in using data analysis tools and techniques to identify process improvements and ensure technical operation meets daily output yield targets

5. Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills

6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams

7. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
