Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Plan and manage crew requirements according to the operational plan, ensuring all personnel are work-ready.
2. Plan, inspect, determine, and arrange necessary mechanical or non-mechanical tools/equipment and ensure they are in proper operating condition.
3. Prepare and manage the operational budget and coordinate the payment mechanism.
4. Create a detailed project schedule including crew and equipment mobilization/demobilization, execution timelines, and work sequences.
5. Conduct internal meetings to communicate the operational plans to relevant departments.
6. Attend external meetings with customers or third parties to communicate and coordinate project operational plans.
7. Execute, manage, and supervise the full range of operational activities for loading/unloading and transportation projects.
8. Prepare and submit periodic project progress reports to customers and internal stakeholders.
9. Coordinate closely with customers to respond to any requests, needs, or directives related to the project.
10. Monitor crew attendance and overtime data as supporting input for the HR Department.
11. Submit logistics requests and travel allowances for crew assigned to projects or official trips, in accordance with company policy.
12. Report on equipment productivity for mechanical assets.
13. Prepare financial accountability reports for operational expenses.
14. Ensure all handover documents (e.g., Job Completion Reports, Time Sheets, Delivery Orders) are signed by customers.
15. Comply with all company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
16. Ensure adherence to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards at all times.
17. Ensure all crew and equipment documentation (e.g., licenses, permits, certifications) are valid and up to date.
18. Actively participate in all MK3L (Quality, Health, Safety, Security, and Environment) programs.
19. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
20. Always work safely and prioritize K3L (Health, Safety, and Environment) in all activities.
21. Follow all company rules, procedures, and ethical standards.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's Degree (S1), with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office
3. Strong communication and coordination abilities
4. Communicative, team-oriented, with a positive and professional attitude
