Ailytics melalui program rekrutmennya saat ini sedang membuka lowongan kerja untuk posisi Operations Analyst di Jakarta yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja operasional di dalam maupun luar kantor Ailytics. Perusahaan Tersebut sedang mencari calon tenaga kerja yang siap diterjunkan ke setiap divisi bagian perusahaan yang sesuai dengan posisi, kemampuan dan keahlian para pencari kerja tersebut. We are looking for an Operations Analyst to analyse customer behaviour, identify trends, and act as a system administrator. The role requires sharp attention to detail, quick decision-making, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

High English fluency and a technical background are must haves for this role.

Shifts Available:

1. Monday to Friday (11.00pm to 8.00am WIB)
2. Friday to Tuesday (2:00pm to 11:00pm WIB)
3. Friday to Tuesday (11.00pm to 8.00am WIB)

What You Will Be Doing

• Conduct analysis of customer behaviour and identify trends that enhance the system.
• Configure the platform as a system administrator as required.
• Process and manage data accurately.
• Collaborate with the team to report any issues or unusual activity.
• Ensure timely and efficient task completion.
