We are looking for a Data Analyst who is passionate about turning data into actionable business insights. You will partner closely with Product, Marketing, Commercial, Operations, and Business stakeholders to monitor business performance, identify growth opportunities, measure strategic initiatives, and support data-driven decision making across our omnichannel ecosystem.

This role requires a combination of analytical expertise, business acumen, stakeholder management, and strong communication skills to translate complex data into clear recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

Business Performance Monitoring

  • Monitor and analyze key business metrics including traffic, conversion, sales, customer, operational, and campaign performance
  • Develop and maintain executive-level dashboards and recurring performance reports.
  • Provide proactive insights and early warning signals on significant business performance changes.

Data Analysis & Insights

  • Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and growth opportunities.
  • Perform customer analytics, cohort analysis, funnel analysis, retention analysis, and lifecycle analysis.
  • Analyze campaign effectiveness, promotion performance, and marketing initiatives.
  • Support impact measurement for strategic business initiatives and product enhancements.

Dashboard & Data Product Development

  • Design, develop, and optimize dashboards using BI tools such as Amazon QuickSight, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Partner with Data Engineers to define business-ready datasets and ensure data accessibility.
  • Maintain metric consistency and data governance standards across reporting assets.

Stakeholder Partnership

  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Commercial, Operations, and Business Units to understand business requirements.
  • Translate business questions into analytical frameworks and measurable success metrics.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.

Data Quality & Governance

  • Validate data accuracy and investigate reporting discrepancies.
  • Troubleshoot data issues and collaborate with Data Engineers to resolve root causes.
  • Document metric definitions, business rules, and analytical methodologies.

Strategic Analytics

  • Support omnichannel, customer, and business growth initiatives through analytical assessments.
  • Analyze customer behavior, cross-category purchasing patterns, and business performance drivers.
  • Develop measurement frameworks and success metrics for strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Economics, Business Analytics, or related fields.
  • 2–5 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Product Analytics, or related roles.
  • Strong SQL skills with experience in querying large datasets.
  • Experience building dashboards using BI tools such as Amazon QuickSight, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience translating business requirements into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

  • Experience in E-Commerce, Retail, Omnichannel, Marketplace, or Digital Business.
  • Familiarity with customer analytics, funnel analysis, retention analysis, and campaign measurement.
  • Experience with digital analytics platforms such as GA4, Mixpanel, AppsFlyer, or Adobe Analytics.
  • Knowledge of experimentation, A/B testing, and statistical analysis.
  • Experience working with cloud-based data platforms (AWS, GCP, Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, etc.).
