Mine Engineering -Manager Long Term and short Term Planning

Job Description

• Coal Mining Engineering Department, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient execution of engineering operations within the coal mining project. Key responsibilities include:

• Plan & implement mine engineering plans, including design, scheduling, and production optimization coal Mining operation.

• Managing and supervising daily coal mining operations to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

• Conducting technical assessments and feasibility studies for new and existing projects Long Term and short Term Planning

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness Long Term and short Term Planning  coal Mining

• Implementing best practices in mine planning, equipment utilization, and infrastructure development -coal mining operation.

• Ensuring all engineering activities align with corporate objectives and government regulations.

• Providing mentorship and technical, production operation to crew of engineers and field team Long Term and short Term Planning

Qualification & Experience

• S1 in Mining Engineering from recognized University preferred from UPN /ITB.

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in mine engineering, especially in coal mining operations.

• Age Group - 35-45 Male or Female

• Pengawas Operasi Utama (POU) certified. Overseeing Survey team

• Strong knowledge of mining software (e.g., Surpac, Minex, Minescape) and engineering principles.

• Familiarity with Indonesian mining laws and safety regulations.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a hands-on approach to operational challenges Long Term and short Term Planning. Strong reporting system to Owners -BOD

• Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of working in a team-oriented environment.

• Willingness to be based in remote site locations as required.
