QUALITY & PROCESS CONTROL MANAGEMENT OFFICE (SECTION HEAD LEVEL)

Job Description Summary :

This role is responsible the architect behind our quality management and process control strategies. You will be responsible for strategically managing product and process quality data, analyzing performance to identify long-term trends, and providing high-impact recommendations for decision-making. This role demands leadership, a high level of analytical expertise, and the ability to drive continuous improvement across the organization.

Job Description :

• Leadership & Quality Strategy: Lead the development of long-term quality strategies and ensure the implementation of quality management systems (ISO 9001).

• Strategic Data Analysis: Manage and analyze product and process quality data to identify recurring issues and trends, and compile strategic reports for management.

• Process Improvement: Formulate and oversee the implementation of process improvement projects (e.g., through a Six Sigma approach) to enhance efficiency and reliability.

• Team Management: Manage, mentor, and develop the operational and technical team of Quality & Process Control.

• Compliance & Regulation: Ensure all operations and products meet quality standards and comply with EHS and environmental regulations.

Job Requirement :

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (S1) in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics Engineering

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a related field, with significant experience in a managerial or leadership role.

• Technical Competence: Understand the pulp production process in depth.

• Deep understanding of quality management systems (ISO 9001:2015).

• Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt certification is highly preferred.

• Proficient in data analysis and the use of tools like Power BI or Tableau.

• Managerial Competence: Strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and data-driven problem-solving abilities.

• Willing to relocate to Berau, East Kalimantan
