Job Title : Nanny / Kids Activities Attendant

Position Summary:
We are looking for a warm, attentive, and energetic Nanny to provide high-quality care for children of all ages, ensuring a safe, engaging, and enjoyable experience during their stay at our resort villas. The ideal candidate is not only responsible and nurturing, but also creative in organizing fun and age-appropriate kids' activities—both indoors and outdoors.
This role is central to creating memorable stays for families, allowing parents to relax while their children are in capable and caring hands.
Key Responsibilities:
Childcare:
- Supervise and care for children in a safe, compassionate, and attentive manner.
- Maintain a nurturing environment with patience, structure, and positivity.
- Support routines such as mealtimes, naps, bathing, and bedtime as requested.
- Handle diaper changes, bottle-feeding, and toddler care with appropriate hygiene and gentleness.
Kids Activities & Entertainment:
- Plan and lead fun, age-appropriate activities (arts & crafts, storytelling, games, nature walks, pool play).
- Organize themed sessions or special events for birthdays or family occasions.
- Engage children in creative, educational, and culturally enriching experiences.
Safety & Communication:
- Maintain constant supervision and prioritize child safety at all times.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's needs, moods, and preferences.
- Be aware of allergies, medical conditions, and specific parenting instructions.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of play areas and activity tools.
Administrative Support:
- Maintain daily reports on children's activities, routines, and any incidents.
- Assist in managing toys, learning materials, and supplies inventory.
- Coordinate with the Guest Services team to schedule sessions or special arrangements.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in childcare, nanny work, or early childhood education (experience in hospitality/resort setting is a plus).
- Certified in basic First Aid & CPR for children.
- Warm, trustworthy, and patient personality with a genuine love for children.
- Able to create a safe and structured environment that is also fun and imaginative.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Flexible schedule including availability on weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Preferred Skills:
- Training or certification in early childhood development, Montessori, or preschool education.
- Arts & crafts, music, or storytelling experience.
- Swimming supervision or water safety training.
- Experience working with children of different age groups (toddlers to pre-teens).
