About the project:

We are developing a new resort in the Gerupuk area, on the island of Lombok in Indonesia. The project includes a

set of villas, common areas, and services focused on wellness, gastronomy, and active experiences, with special

attention to the surfing community.

Project Manager's Mission:

We are looking for a professional with proven experience in comprehensive hotel project management, to lead

and oversee the execution of the resort on-site, ensuring quality, meeting deadlines, and effectively coordinating

all involved parties.

Responsibilities:

- Overall supervision of the construction: planning, execution, and technical control.

- Management and coordination of contractors, suppliers, and technical teams.

- Coordination with architects, engineers, designers, and the development team.

- Monitoring the schedule, budget control, and progress reporting.

- Document management and compliance with local regulations.

- Representing the developer before institutions, local stakeholders, and technical staff.

- Ensuring the project's quality, sustainability, and functionality standards.

Requirements:

- Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or related fields.

- Experience leading hotel projects, preferably in international settings.

- Ability to manage multicultural teams and coordinate multiple project areas.

- High level of English (spoken and written); knowledge of Spanish and Bahasa Indonesian languages will

be valued.

- Current residence in Lombok or willingness to relocate; residence in Bali with high travel availability will

also be considered.

- Autonomous, problem-solving, and results-oriented profile.
