About The Company:

• The working venue is Central Cikarang.

• Our client is a Packaging Manufacturing company. Currently, they are looking for Japanese Speaker Sales SPV.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.

• Provide technical product knowledge and packaging solutions to meet customer requirements.

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

• Train, coach, and evaluate sales representatives to enhance team performance.

• Other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from any major.

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as Sales in manufacturing industry.

• Stable career.

• Having experience of sales or supporing to Japanese.

• Min 1-2 years in supervisor or team leader role.

• Business level Japanese (JLPT N3-N1).

• Experience in B2B sales practices especially in packaging industry is big plus.
