About the role

Exacoat is seeking an experienced and talented Content Creator to join our dynamic team in Bekasi, West Java. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for creating engaging and compelling content that showcases our brand and products to our target audience.

What you'll be doing

1. Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with Exacoat's marketing objectives

2. Act as on-screen talent in daily shooting sessions

3. Create a variety of content including social media posts, videos, and other multimedia assets

4. Edit and publish content across platforms such as Instagram Reels and TikTok

5. Maintain brand consistency across all produced content.

6. Monitor content performance and make data-driven decisions to optimise content for maximum engagement

7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve content quality

8. Manage and maintain the company's content calendar and editorial process

9. Stay updated with the latest social media trends to ensure relevance and audience appeal.

What we're looking for

1. Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Specialist, or similar role

2. Strong portfolio showcasing content creation skills across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)

3. Excellent knowledge of current social media trends, tools, and best practices

4. Proficiency in photo/video editing tools (e.g., Adobe, CapCut, or similar)

5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into actions

6. Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt tone/style to fit the brand voice

7. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
