We are looking for an International Business Development Manager to drive global growth and establish robust supplier relationships in the retail industry. This role focuses on procurement and supply chain management to ensure seamless import operations.

Description

• Source and evaluate products from international markets for suitability in Indonesia.
• Assess pricing and consumer preferences to ensure market fit.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with international suppliers and principals.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Branch Managers and Sales/Marketing Managers, to ensure alignment and smooth operations.
• Support branch managers in supplier relationship management and operational challenges when needed.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms with suppliers effectively.
• Manage communication and relationship management with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Utilize SAP system for operations and reporting.

Profile

• 5+ years of experience in business development or international sourcing.
• Solid product knowledge in grocery/FMCG and understanding of the Indonesian market landscape.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Fluent English for international negotiations and relationship building.
• Comfortable with international travel.
• Collaborative mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
