As we scale our operations and expand facility installations across Bali and beyond, we're seeking a highly skilled HVAC Manager to lead the installation, maintenance, and innovation of our ice bath and sauna systems.
🔧 The Opportunity
This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced HVAC professional who thrives in both technical problem-solving and team coordination. You'll be responsible for overseeing all heating, cooling, and hydrothermal systems — including troubleshooting, repair, and new builds
— while working closely with our operations and product teams.
You'll also play a key part in developing SOPs, training junior technicians, and ensuring the safety and efficiency of all equipment used in our wellness experiences.
️️️️️️🧑💼 What You'll Be Doing
Manage day-to-day operations of all HVAC-related systems (saunas, ice baths, chillers, heaters, pumps, etc.)
Lead the installation, servicing, and preventive maintenance of wellness units
Train and supervise a small team of technicians and assistants
Diagnose and solve technical issues quickly and efficiently
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for part sourcing, upgrades, and troubleshooting
Create and document maintenance procedures and safety protocols
Ensure all systems meet local regulatory and environmental standards
Contribute to product R&D and engineering improvements
🧠 What We're Looking For
5+ years of experience in HVAC systems — ideally including chillers, heaters, and plumbing integration
Technical certifications or licensure in HVAC, electrical, or mechanical systems
Experience in wellness facilities, hospitality, or spa systems is a plus
Proven ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects
Fluent in system diagnostics, controls, wiring, and pipe layout
Organized, reliable, and solutions-focused
Must be based in Bali or willing to relocate within 1-2 weeks
