A Premium Ice Cream Company in Bali is looking for candidates to join our team as a Personal Assistant. Below are the duties and responsibilities:
Job Desk
Managing schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements of President.
Coordinate and manage the President's calendar, scheduling meetings, conferences, and appointments.
Arrange and coordinate travel logistics including flights, accommodations, transportation, and visas.
Prepare detailed itineraries and agendas for business trips and ensure all necessary arrangements are made.
Organize and prioritize incoming communications (phone calls, emails, letters) and respond on behalf of the President when appropriate.
Screen and direct phone calls, taking accurate messages and handling inquiries as needed.
Manage the President's email inbox, sorting messages, flagging urgent matters, and drafting responses.
Prepare and coordinate meetings, conferences, and other events, including logistics, agenda creation, and document preparation.
Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring all necessary participants are informed.
Support the President in preparing budgets, monitoring expenses, and tracking financial documentation
English proficiency is preferred.
Requirment
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Administration, economic and related field.
Has experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role supporting executive.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to draft professional and polished correspondence.
Proficient in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and scheduling software.
Professionalism, poise, and the ability to represent the President and the company in a positive manner.
Knowledge of the manufacturing industry is a plus.
