Key responsibilities.
1. Design and continuously improve Human Capital processes
Develop, document, and optimize HR workflows and SOPs to ensure effectiveness, efficiency, and alignment with organizational strategy.
2. Monitor and analyze process performance
Establish KPIs, evaluate HR process effectiveness using data, and propose improvements based on performance trends and stakeholder input.
3. Support digital transformation of HR operations
Collaborate with IT and other departments to automate HR processes, enhance system integration, and improve the digital employee experience.
4. Drive change management and process adoption
Facilitate smooth implementation of new systems, policies, and workflows by coordinating communication, training, and user engagement.
5. Ensure stakeholder alignment and service orientation
Act as a strategic liaison between the Human Capital function and internal clients to align expectations and deliver responsive, user-focused HR solutions.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related fields.
Experience:
3 years of experience in Human Capital, with exposure to HC process improvement, digital systems, or strategic HC initiatives.
