Job Description
Human Resource Management
• Recruitment & Staffing:
Develop and implement recruitment plans in alignment with the company's strategic goals. Responsible for the full recruitment cycle including hiring, onboarding, employee transfers, and terminations, ensuring optimal workforce planning.
• Compensation & Benefits Management:
Design and maintain a fair and competitive compensation structure that complies with Indonesia's minimum wage regulations. Oversee employee benefits programs including BPJS (social security) and medical insurance.
• Employee Relations:
Monitor employee satisfaction and retention, with a particular focus on reducing turnover among frontline staff.
• Labor Relations:
Manage labor relations and resolve employee disputes to ensure a healthy and legally compliant relationship between the company and its employees, in accordance with Indonesian labor laws.
Administrative Compliance & Cross-Cultural Communication
• Policy & Process Development:
Establish and continuously improve administrative policies and procedures to ensure standardization and efficiency in administrative operations.
• Office Management:
Oversee the maintenance and daily management of office facilities, including procurement and inventory of office equipment and supplies.
• Legal & Regulatory Compliance:
Be well-versed in Indonesian labor, tax, and other relevant regulations to ensure all HR and administrative activities are compliant.
• Cross-Cultural Communication:
Proficient in both Bahasa Indonesia and Mandarin; demonstrate cultural sensitivity to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration between Chinese and Indonesian staff.

Requirements
• Education:
Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and administrative management. Prior experience in e-commerce or the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry is a plus.
• Language Skills:
Fluent in both
