We're seeking an enthusiastic HR Admin to join our team! You'll play a key role in keeping our HR and some finance operations running smoothly, handling a mix of essential tasks that keep everything on track. In this role, you'll juggle HR duties and financial management, helping us stay organized and efficient as we grow.
The candidate will be working at our branch located in Canggu
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage recruitment processes, from posting job vacancies to onboarding new hires.
2. Maintain and update employee data and HR documentation.
3. Handle employee relations and foster positive working environments.
4. Organize and evaluate training & development programs.
5. Supporting payroll, compensation and benefits administration.
6. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
7. Monitor attendance, leave, and absence records.
8. Conduct performance evaluations and support career development initiatives.
9. Provide HR reports and insights for management.
10. Assist with the implementation of HR strategies and special projects.
11. Manage financial records, payroll, budgets, and transactions, ensuring everything is accurate.
12. Keep our workplace positive and lively with engaging employee programs and activities.
Requirements:
A degree in HR or related fields
2+ years of experience in HR roles
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in English is essential
