Do you possess strategic leadership and a deep passion for delivering excellence in luxury property operations?
We are looking for a seasoned General Manager to lead the operations of one of Jakarta's most iconic mixed-use developments — an integrated landmark that features luxury residences, Grade-A office spaces, high-end retail destinations, and world-class amenities.
Key Responsibilities:Provide strategic leadership and oversight for the daily operations of a premier mixed-use development, ensuring seamless, high-quality service delivery across residential, commercial, and hospitality components.
Direct and unify cross-functional departments—including property management, engineering, housekeeping, security, leasing, and tenant engagement—to achieve operational excellence and service synergy.
Uphold and enhance the property's standards of maintenance, resident and tenant satisfaction, and stakeholder confidence, reinforcing the asset's reputation as a market leader.
Drive financial performance through effective budgeting, cost management, and financial reporting, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and profitability targets.
Act as the primary liaison with property ownership, board members, and strategic partners, delivering regular performance insights and executing long-term initiatives that elevate asset value.
Ensure full compliance with Indonesian regulations, safety protocols, and corporate governance standards, fostering a culture of accountability and operational integrity.
Minimum 10 years of demonstrated success in senior leadership roles within luxury property, hospitality, or real estate operations, with a strong emphasis on service excellence and operational performance.
Proven experience overseeing large-scale or integrated mixed-use developments is highly desirable, reflecting the complexity and scale of the role.
Exceptional business acumen, with a strategic understanding of operational efficiency, premium service delivery, and long-term asset value enhancement.
Outstanding leadership capabilities, coupled with superior communication and stakeholder engagement skills across diverse teams and high-level partners.
Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is preferred and will be considered an advantage.
