About the role

PT Fiberhome Technologies Indonesia is seeking an experienced FTTO Designer to join our dynamic team. As an FTTO Designer, you will be responsible for designing and optimising Fibre-to-the-Office (FTTO) network solutions for our clients.

Job requirement:1. Willing to travel, primarily in Java. Can communicate with customer using English as a working language.2.⁠ ⁠At least 2 Years working experience related to design in FTTH OSP project.3.⁠ ⁠Collage and above degree, majored in telecommunications or computer related professional. 

Job Responsibility:

1. Requirements Analysis:Understand customer business needs, user scale, application types, coverage area, expected bandwidth, and performance objectives. Evaluate the existing network and identify coverage gaps, interference sources, and other issues.

2. Network Planning and Design:Determine the optimal number, type, and physical location of wireless access points. Estimate user density and traffic requirements. Frequency planning and channel allocation. Design network topology.

3. Documentation Preparation:Prepare detailed design documents, including network architecture diagrams, AP location maps, cabling diagrams, equipment lists, and configuration specifications.

4. Collaboration and Communication:Proven communication and coordination skills to effectively interface with customers and internal teams.
