Requirement:

• Bachelor degree in Accounting or any related field from reputable University.

• Have more than 5 years working experiences in Accounting, Tax and Finance.

• Proficient in Ms. Office and Accounting system.

• Preferably having a Brevet AB certificate and other certificates that related to Accounting and Tax.

• Have knowledge about Taxation in Indonesia. 

• Must be responsible, conscientious, independent and able to work under pressure as well in team and individually.

• Experience in Boded Zone Factory is an advantage.

• Fluent in English is a Must (Mandarin will be plus point).

• Willing to be placed at Cikarang, West Java

Job Description:

• Implement tax regulations in accordance with applicable tax regulations.

• Designing corporate tax plans by predicting tax liabilities that will arise in order to control corporate taxes earlier.

• Carrying out Tax Reconciliation between data in the system and SPT.

• Prepare tax transactions to be paid and complete tax documents for monthly tax reports (PPh 21, 23, Final PPh, VAT), include Tax Unifikasi Report (PPh 22, PPh 23, PPh 26, PPh 15, PPh 4 (2)) in a timely manner.

• Handle tax litigation with tax office, tax court, etc (including but not limited to correspondences, audit, objection, appeal, and due diligence).

• Create an Output Tax Invoice for the bill that has been created.

• Develop, revise and evaluate company accounting guidelines/systems and procedures that refer to SAK (Financial Accounting Standards).

• Monitor accounts payable, and receivables to ensure that payments are up to date, accounting records in accordance with applicable accounting principles.

• Monitor all financial transaction processes, financial reports and analysis results periodically (monthly, quarterly, annually) according to company needs.

• Responsible for the preservation, filing and management of the company's Finance, Accounting and Tax, contracts, and external audit reports.

• Preparing Export - Import Documents for Bonded Zone Factory Accounting and Tax.

• Other temporary work arranged by the leader.
