Job Description:

  • Lead and mentor nationwide sales teams to achieve ambitious revenue and KPI targets.

  • Oversee all aspects of the aftersales department, including service operations, parts logistics, and workshop productivity, ensuring efficiency and profitability.

  • Develop and implement national strategies for product portfolio management and fleet account expansion.

  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to refine offerings.

  • Coordinate with parts, marketing, and service teams to ensure seamless unit availability, parts supply, and after‑sales support.

  • Build and nurture high‑value relationships with keyl clients.

  • Maximize profitability through the sale of labor, parts, and value-added services like service plans and extended warranties

  • Negotiate major contracts and ensure consistent performance improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.

  • Minimum 10 years' sales experience in Heavy Equipment Industry, including at least 5 years in a managerial leadership role.

  • Deep understanding of After Sales, Service, and Commercial Vehicle Systems, Administration & KPI's

  • Proven track record in both operations and strategy for B2B National Sales.

  • Experienced in dealing with the principals regarding technical concerns and parts availability

  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills in English.

  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
